Our candles are made with [soy/blended] wax and [cotton/wooden] wicks. They are [vegan/cruelty-free—confirm as applicable].
Burn time varies by size and scent load. As a guide: [Small: ~X hrs | Medium: ~Y hrs | Large: ~Z hrs].
Trim the wick to ~5–7 mm before each burn, keep the candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a stretch. Stop use when ~1 cm wax remains.
Tunneling: Let the first burn create a full melt pool edge-to-edge (about 2–3 hours).
Frosting/Sweating (soy): A natural cosmetic effect—doesn’t impact performance.

Payments & Offers

Change of mind / wrong scent: Return unused, unlit items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged/defective/wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
Used or opened candles, custom/personalized items, gift cards, free gifts, and final sale items (unless damaged/incorrect).
If the issue is on us (damaged/defective/wrong item): we cover it.
For change-of-mind returns: customer covers it using a trackable courier.
After we receive and inspect your return (~2–3 business days), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, except when we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective.
International returns for change of mind are currently not accepted. For damaged/defective/wrong items, contact us within 48 hours—we’ll help with the best resolution available. Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
